I just want to say Serial Shooters The Rising describes the true character of the serial shooters of Phoenix. I felt very sorry for the numerous victims but my book gives a reason why they committed these heinous crimes.

It describes the substance abuse and the tragedies each of the shooters faced.

I truly do feel sorry for the victims and I applaud the local law enforcement that brought them down.

But someone had to tell the real story even though it was fiction.
